Walkways and elevators maybe closed at times. Loud sounds and dust may occur as well during this time. Gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean from this 18th floor unit. This end unit has an extra window in the living room that gives you another view of the beach. This beautifully furnished unit will accommodate 6 comfortably. Fully furnished kitchen with a dining / living room area that looks out over the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has a king size bed. Bunkbeds in hallway are great for the kids. Amenities include an indoor/ outdoor pool, exercise room, above ground tennis court, shuffle board, and children’s arcade. There is also an onsite restaurant called Chan’s. All directions were clear and property was easy to find. Location was perfect for dining and shopping!!Only 2 negatives were inside smelled of cigarette smoke on arrival but I was able to air unit out by leaving balcony door open and spray Lysol which I had already bought at Walmart. Secondly 2 of the elevators were down and when the unit is on the 18th floor, getting downstairs was a hassle. I just would not choose Paradise again. They are way too strict with the beach. The only time a family can have a fun time on the beach is after 500 when they take the sea of umbrellas down. They have 6 rows of beach chairs and umbrellas from one side to the other and roped off so you can’t go on either side of them. The only choice you have is to set up behind all of them and then you can’t even see the ocean. The chairs are about two feet apart from each other.
