Note there is an additional cost to reserve the golf cart and the cart is available on a first come basis because we have two units, so inquire today if interested! BOOKING INFORMATION & HOUSE RULES Once your reservation is made, you will receive an email and/or platform message with a link to sign our renter agreement. Please note the renter agreement must be signed within 24 hours and your booking is not finalized until the agreement is completed and signed. We require a refundable security deposit with every reservation. This will show up as a "hold" on the card you provide. The hold is released after departure if there are no issues or damages found. The person booking the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the reservation. ● The City of Destin has a noise ordinance and loud music or disturbances are prohibited during the quiet hours of 10pm-8am. Parking – Your stay includes parking for up to two vehicles. Spaces are unassigned, and parking passes will be provided inside the unit upon arrival. Passes must be completely filled out and clearly displayed in the windshield of each vehicle. Please note, golf carts and other recreational vehicles will count towards the allotted parking spaces for your unit. Additionally, parking trailers, boats, or other watercraft is not allowed in our community parking lot. Fishing – Fishing is not permitted in our lake. Clean Property Loved this property. It’s just a short 4-5 minute walk down the street, under the tunnel, and to the beach. It also is alongside Four Prong Lake where there are tons of turtles for you to feed. Our toddlers enjoyed waking up and doing that every morning. Pool was easy to access and wasn’t too busy. The property was very clean and had all the necessities you may need to start out your trip. Having toddlers, we wanted to book the bottom floor property. Jun 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy It was a great space and location for my family, with easy access to pond scenery (including so many turtles and fish), a warm pool and a perfect beach. The house had all the amenities we needed and ones that helped us relax (including a great patio overlooking the pond, with an outdoor couch and dining set) .
