The unit has a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has beautiful upscale modern furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and tiled floors. The dining table seats four and there are three bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous contemporary black furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the master bathroom. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. The kitchen has a rich chocolate & deep red color palette, upgraded granite countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances for meal preparation. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The accommodations were substandard at best. The room smelled of mildew (we slept with masks on), I saw mold around the vents, there was errosion everywhere and the bath towels were left under the bathroom sink (which is not sanitary), and I didn't find it about their lication until after I went to purchase some for me and my son. When i tried to get assistance and/or another room from Vacasa, nothing was done (claiming they were at capacity). I couldn't leave the patio doors open for air because the screens were torn in several places. If I hadnt spent money and traveled so far, I would have left as soon as I walked inside. Nice Property - good location. Property was laid back and not over crowded!! Great for our family! Beach service was nice but they pick up equipment at 5pm. We cook a lot so not enough cookware or dishes but we made it work. ##### Ellie G.
