Newly renovated and furnished studio with Ocean view in Sandpiper Cove on Destin’s Holiday Island. It is just a few steps away from the community’s 1100 ft private beach. Sandpiper Cove is a centrally located, family-oriented community with amenities such as 5 pools (2 heated), 3 whirlpools, 6 lighted tennis courts, 2 shuffle board playing fields and a 9-hole par 3 chip and putt golf course.
The community is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.

The sugar-white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico border this property. You can spend a day at the beach without worrying about anything. The Beach Pavilion, located on the private stretch of beach, offers snacks and drinks, additional rental umbrellas and chairs, jet-ski's, ocean kayaks, parasailing and restroom facilities.

You don’t want to cook or leave the community for dinner? No problem, just take a stroll through the neighborhood and seat yourself at the harbor’s Louisiana Lagniappe. Besides delicious meals, Sandpiper Cove’s harbor also offers boat ramps and docks. If you want to go to Destin harbor but don’t want to take the car, take a boat ride from the resort to any of the dining establishments in Destin’s Harborwalk Village.

The community consists of only two story buildings so there won’t be an overrun with neighbors and the private beach has enough space for the residents and guests of Sandpiper Cove. There is no long way to carry your bags from the car to the condo, compared to hotels and high-rise buildings, because the parking space is directly in front of the building. Kids will enjoy the large expanses of grass to play on, away from major streets and the on-site laundry facilities, only a few steps from the condo, ensure that you don’t run out of clean clothes or even drive home with clean clothes in your bag.

The 471 sq ft condo itself has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare either small snacks or entire meals. The queen size bed and the sleeper make it the perfect fit for a vacation alone, in pairs or in groups of 4. The condo also features Internet access, a micro wave, a coffee machine, a toaster, an ironing board, an iron, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

We also provide a pack’n’play but we don’t provide sheets for it. We provide one set of bath towels each guest but we don't provide beach towels.
The studio’s friendly and light colors chosen to fit the Emerald Coast will complete your cozy and warm feeling of being on vacation.
The washer and dryer are not in the condo, but there is a laundry room just 100 feet from the front door - fees apply.

If you like to have a little action while on vacation Destin offers skydive, sail, cruise and dolphin watch. Also located near Sandpiper Cove are mini golf courses, a waterpark, a bowling hall and a small amusement park for kids. Destin Commons Shopping Mall is only 10 minutes away and is a shopping village with an AMC movie theater.

A few minutes from Destin and Holiday Island you find Okaloosa Island with miles of untouched white-sanded beach if you want to grab some things and enjoy the silence and the loneliness by only listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.

Explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida or simply exhale and relax.

HOUSE RULES:

- Only the amount of people on the reservation are allowed – no unregistered guests
- No 3rd party bookings: booking guest must stay. Sub-leasing not permitted

- anytime after 4pm
- Check in age: 25 or older. Families welcome. HOA is very strict about this rule and is checking IDs at check in

QUIET TIMES: 10pm – 7am. Please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior. If there are any complaints the stay may be canceled without refund

STARTER KIT: Plenty for several days. We provide some rolls of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish detergent and some trash bags. Any extra supplies need to be provided by you.

LINENS/BEDS: we provide bed sheet sets for all beds. And a set of towels (bath, hand, cloth) for each possible guest. No beach towels. And we don’t provide sheets or blankets for the pack’n’play. The beds do have quilts as cover but currently due to the Coronavirus and the County’s order no additional blankets are provided.

PROPERTY USE:
- No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use
- Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address
- Flush only toilet paper
- Recommendation: close curtains when not at home to keep the room cool.
- Don’t cool below 70 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing of the equipment. If frozen it needs to be turned off for 24hours.
- No glitter, glue, hair dye, spray tan or sun spray inside the unit

CHECK OUT:
- By 10 am
- Please remove all trash
- Please empty the fridge and freezer
- Please turn on the dishwasher if there are still dirty dishes
- Linens and towels can stay where they are (on bed/in the bathroom)
- Close windows and doors

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impacts next guest: 2x nightly rate. Paying the fee does not mean a late check out is approved and you can extend your stay
