It was SO spacious and beautiful! We never felt crowded with 22 people in there. Loved the layout! The living room, dining and kitchen were so spacious and open and made it very conducive for many people to visit together in a large group or many small groups. The grand staircase was so amazing too and great for family pictures! Loved having the golf cart to travel to the beach, pool, tennis courts, even ice cream! We enjoyed all the amenities which gave us lots of things to do during our stay. Lots of fridge space for all of our food and loved the separate ice maker for our coolers. The grill was so big and made it easy to grill a large amount of hamburgers and hot dogs in a short amount of time. The backyard had a beautiful view of the lake and a beautiful grassy area for the children to play. Loved having the guest house for the babies to be able to sleep during the day and at night and yet be close enough so the parents could join us for evening activities. It was nice to have them close and they could come to the house without worrying about crossing a street. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and big enough for everyone. The host was quick to respond as we needed assistance and was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you! I would love to stay here again! ##### Vecseri E. From vaulted ceilings to center staircase, the house had the warm family home feel. Kitchen well stocked with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. The guest house was a nice added touch. Completely stocked with kitchen, washer and dryer, fridge and freezer, it made a great place for kids to nap during the day. Golf carts were in great shape as well and convenience of a pool down the street was nice. Outdoor kitchen and patios made for some relaxing evenings and the game room upstairs for the kids was fun. Thanks to the owners who were very attentive and easy to get hold of for quick questions or just to share a good picture of the family with. We had a great time! ##### Harold B. This property is not only just as beautiful, if not more, than the pictures on the listing, but Franni is a wonderful host. She and Ken were very responsive and timely to any messages we sent with questions from day 1\. When their post says the kitchen is “fully equipped” with everything you may need, it’s no overstatement. It literally has everything you may need, such as a blender, mixer, crockpot, waffle iron, double oven (pleasantly surprised), lots of pots and pans and baking/serving dishes, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, two large refrigerators and two smaller ones, and the list goes on. It even comes with a large low country boil pot! You will also have PLENTY of bath towels and wash cloths. The beds, including the bunk beds are very comfortable. We had a family reunion there and there wasn’t one complaint from ANYONE. Lots of parking space in the driveways, a nice outdoor grill with table and seating and a nice backyard that provided a beautiful setting for our family pictures! You will not be disappointed with this property! If we Take a trip again to Destin (and I hope so) we will definitely book this property again!
