The spacious master bedroom will make you feel like royalty, boasting a king bed, walk-in closet, and stunning ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, and two additional bedrooms both offering queen beds, There's also a queen-sized air mattress, allowing this home to accommodate 12 guests. Guests will love the full-sized laundry room with a washer and dryer. Nearby you will find 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day): they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind. Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items. Area Attractions: There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and watersports! Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. The stay overall was amazing. One con is that I rented a golf cart prior to the stay since the beach is about half a mile away and I have little children. The HOA knocked on the door at 10:30pm to make me move the golf cart or it was going to be towed. There is a pay to park lot outside the property but does cost $80 per day. I did use the cart to take my young family to and from the beach but was harassed each time the cart was parked at the home in the driveway. Overall the property was great just beware no golf carts allowed on the property at all. ##### Garrick H. It’s totally ridiculous and unfair policy for kids . Parents also not happy with it. Kids always like and play with wristbands. After we at home back and we received msg about wristbands. They said it’s supposed to stay in home and they asking us to send back . Otherwise they going to charge $300 . It’s just few dollar stuff and they threaten us about $300 dollar . It’s ridiculous and crazy . We send back four wristbands whatever our kids got it. Few of them in house but they saying they can’t find it. We spend in mailing $16 for sending back real joy costly forever wristbands. We never complain about his leaving room TV never work . Still they using old fashioned Tv . The only thing that I dinged on was the stove- we could only get a couple of burners to work and struggled to get ahold of anyone. The property was perfect for two families and had all we needed for our stay. The proximity to the beach was really convenient and the walk was about 10 minutes at a slow pace. We didn’t use the beach trolley but it seemed to be very reliable as we saw it all the time in the complex. The pool was large and nice. The rules of the pool seemed a bit excessive at times and the company that manages the pool was a bit overbearing enforcing the rules, but other than that, it was super close to the house and a nice place to hang out after the beach.
