There was little to no communication and if people did not have their phones, they knew nothing. Still little to no communication other than to tell us to clean out our refrigerators. Very disappointed in the way this management group handled a frightening situation with an 85 year old and a 2 and 4 year old that had to be carried down 7 flights or staff at 11 pm at night. ##### Michele M.
