However, at more these prices, I expected better equipped kitchens. Gratefully, we had access to each side's kitchen and we made it work, but it was less than exemplary. Overly used and worn out pots/pans, blenders, dishes w/chips in them, etc. And the beds were iffy. My husband and I had the "green" side master suite and the bed was AWFUL. He found a mattress topper someone had left behind and we used it. It was only for a full sized bed, but we laid it long-ways and it gave us some relief. I heard equal complaints from our other family members about their beds. Read the other reviews and believe that the parking is as bad as everyone says. Because of the restaurant on site, you cannot park in certain spaces and if you have more than 2 vehicles (we had 3 for 10 people), the extra car(s) will be parked off site. Very inconvenient. Beach is gorgeous and it was nice to have the chair service each day. The beach staff was very generous about giving us more chairs than the ones that came w/the room and did so at no additional cost. Destin is one of our favorite beaches. Steps to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The one site restaurant was excellent! John, the beach attendant was so accommodating ! Our beach set-up's were allowed to stay up later than other places we have stayed, which was very nice! We had 4 cars but were only allowed 3 parking places on site. We had to park one car off property a few blocks away. A few things could be done to help with the appearance of Unit 108A . Corner round around the walls, a panel on the front of the masterbath tub and better lighting in the master bath tub area. Overall, we would stay here again! ##### Valerie P.
