The pool and the grounds of the property were always clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially on nights when there were fireworks. If you do want beach chairs, particularly front row, you do need to plan on being up and out on the beach by 6:30, maybe 7 if it isn't a holiday weekend, to reserve a spot. The condo was great. Had everything we needed! Only negative for the property were the elevators- little scary of a ride most times lol. We’ve never been to Destin and loved this location.
