Perfect location. Perfect proximity to the beach, especially with little ones. This particular condo I would love to keep to myself. I struggle to tell you have perfect it is because I want it to be available for me at all times! Nothing you would need that this condo doesn’t have. What I wish I knew: This condo is the 4th floor. There are no elevators anywhere near it. There is a flight of stairs right outside the door. Easy to go down and around the corner and directly to the beach. Coming up? Different story. But doable. There is an outside storage right next to the door that is locked. There are multiple things inside for the beach. I assume the items may change depending on the renters, but there were sand buckets/toys, floats, boogie boards, small beach chairs, etc… check this before you buy anything! FYI- the key for it is directly to the left hanging on the wall when you walk in the condo (took me forever to find). This resort is not a place to go if you are looking to party or be loud. It’s super family oriented. You cannot even get close to the pool with a beer without someone stopping you. That’s both a pro and con, depends on you. If your rental doesn’t come with beach service, don’t rent the beach umbrella/chairs. Buy your own. Truck em to the beach and back. It’s stupid expensive. There are 4 hair dryers. (4!!!!) If you are on the fence, just do it. Book it. You’ll love it! ##### Amanda C. Good location close to everything. Check in was easy, we got there after 10pm and had no issues. The unit was clean and and it had be remodeled, we had no issues at all with the unit.
