Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 2/25/2026\. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into March. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay! Parking on-site (Parking Passes included), Non-smoking property. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 9. Security camera details: There are active security cameras in common areas of the resort. In the main building, there are cameras at the entry, walkway, elevator, and fitness center pointing toward the center of the rooms. There are two in the parking lot and at the west dumpster facing the road. In the East building, there are two in the parking lot and one at the dumpster surveying the parking lot. The Guardhouse features two cameras at the entrance, the exit driveway and gate, and the license entry and exit. All are active 24/7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. However, the unit needs to be upgraded (refrigerator, all mattresses including the foldout couch were difficult to sleep on, sliding screen door was broken, primary bedroom closet door kept coming off the hinges, and the primary toilet seat was old and stained). The unit was surfaced cleaned but needs a deep cleaning. There was a smell in the primary bathroom that would not go away. It smelled like soiled cleaning rags. The front load washing machine had mold in it, so we didn’t use it. The towels and wash clothes were too rough to use. They felt like exfoliating gloves. Other than the above, the unit was spacious for our family. However, I expected better for the price I paid. ##### Ann B.
