This second-floor unit 203A enjoys proximity to the pool, a laundry facility (though a new in-unit washer and dryer has been added), and arcade. Beach amenities provided include a wagon, umbrellas, and several chairs; specifically, two chairs and one umbrella are included in the beach service, with additional chairs available in storage.

Beach Service – I do provide beach service as an extra amenity. Available to rent kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? I provide 4 pickle ball racks for your enjoyment.

Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).

Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.

Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard

• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!

• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.

• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

The SeaBlue Silver Dunes is supplied with pretty much everything you need. For example-crock pots, large pans, and coffee makers.

I supply a one-day starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, and tide pods for your convenience
I also supply a beach wagon, umbrellas, and a few beach chairs for your use at the beach.
