Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026\. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay! The condo was super clean and we had one problem with the smoke detector batteries being low so it was beeping but the maintenance team came right out and fixed it quick. It had been broken by Sterling Shores Maintenance man. The day and a half later the kitchen sink fell out and down breaking pipes. We couldn’t use the sink or the dishwasher for 2 1/2 days until they got it fixed. They only refunded us for two days not 2 1/2. ##### Brenda R. We usually stay at Sterling Shores when we come to Destin. Condo was wonderful, just needed a skillet for cooking and needs a new iron. Other than that great place. ##### Tammy A. Nothing to familiarize yourself with the property. We had numerous things missing from our condo. We couldn't check in early because housekeeping was doing their "final inspection". I don't think that was the case as there was personal belongings left in bathroom drawers & a dirty patio with soda cans. Despite all the issues, we may consider returning. The location is great! Apartment 315 where we stayed is in great condition except for the mattress in the master bedroom. It is in bad shape and in need of replacement. It buckled and has a heavy drop in the middle and it made it uncomfortable for my wife and I to get a good night sleep. As soon as the mattress is replaced, I would definitely recommend it for a future stay. Thank you. ##### Francisco R. There is shopping and entertainment as well as restaurants all within walking distance. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. We were there in October. The plastic shower curtain in the master should be disposed of and the bed in the master sinks & very uncomfortable.
