This impressive location is close to everything fun in both places. This stately beachfront has accommodates 32 guests with three living rooms and parking for 10 to 12 vehicles. This home is one of the few in Destin permitted for beach weddings and other events. Two dogs are permitted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. Eight bicycles are free to use to traverse the bike path running along Scenic Hwy 98 This nearly 8,000 square-foot gulf front home is perfect for a beach reunion among friends and family since guest quarters are located on three different levels. It was masterfully designed for entertainment with gracious, spacious accommodations and includes six balconies and two martini pools overlooking the glowing emerald toned gulf. The first floor has an entry foyer and a covered beach balcony deck with two 6’ x 12’ private pools. Each side of this massive home has an entry door and elevator (available with fee) to access the home. A shared second floor, kitchen/living room level, balcony allows easy transition between both sides of the home. The second-floors feature the elegant open living, dining and kitchen areas. These large open design rooms have décor that includes comfortable contemporary furnishings with some fashionable Mid Century Modern Vintage flair. Multiple windows, high ceilings and a triple set of double glass balcony doors give it a bright ambiance. A large wall-mounted TV provides entertainment. The gulf view dining area on both sides has a long sleek rectangular table with bench and chair seating. The balcony has 2 grills, table, and seating for more than 20 people to enjoy the spectacular seascape and soothing surf sounds. Bar seating permits more guest dining and relaxing positions along expansive bright white bars facing the open state of the art kitchens. The bedrooms on this level have a queen-sized bed with access to a full bath while a half bath serves to accommodate those in the living room and kitchen. There are three gulf front Master Bedrooms on both the third and top floor levels with king sized beds, full en suite luxury baths, and private beach balconies. Both levels also feature Guest Bedrooms with queen-sized beds and plush Bunk Rooms with their own private bathrooms. Four sets of washing machines ensure plenty of availability to wash clothes during your stay. This fantastic location is very close to gulf-front restaurants and fun friendly beach bars along this scenic route. In fact, you can walk to the long-established iconic Captain Dave’s which is right next door and the famous Crab Trap is just a short stroll down the beach. Towards the west, it is only about five minutes away from grocery stores, wine outlets and the giant Destin Commons retail complex – which has been voted as one of the area’s favorite shopping destinations. Going east along Scenic Gulf Drive into Miramar Beach you are close to shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nations’ largest discount designer centers. The charming French Quarter-inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf and upscale shopping at Grand Boulevard are minutes away at Sandestin. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel like they had their own space. The furnishings were lovely, the kitchen was clean and had all the necessary equipment. It was so nice to be right on the beach and have chairs and umbrellas put out for us each day. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed this property immensely!!!! Our daughter was married on the beach and Andrew made sure the area was reserved for us. The ability to cross from one unit to the other through the balcony was key to us being able to visit with our friends on the other side.
