Silver Shells St. Maarten 404 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the fourth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Maarten 404 is the perfect location for your next Destin beach vacation!

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.  
  
The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Maarten 404 have been tastefully decorated with a trendy coastal theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances, custom countertops, and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. This condo also offers in-unit laundry for your convenience.   
  
The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Both guest bedrooms face the north side of the resort and offer unbeatable views of the resort grounds. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. My family absolutely loved this place. The place was beautiful, the view was awesome and the convenience and accessibility was great. The pool area was wonderful and we always felt safe. I will be booking this place again should we decide to return to Destin.

Great location, on the beach, low key, enjoyable atmosphere, safe and secure feeling. Down side: pool and hot tub time was a little early, as we never got to enjoy when done with local excursions. Rental was pretty clean but needs little maintenance. Would use this VRBO again.

#### Beach front Destin

The property was exactly as shown in the photos. The owners keep it well maintained and all furnishings are high quality. The unit was on the 4th floor and the view from the balcony and master bedroom were exactly what you would want. Elevators in the building open directly into your condo - a pass key is required to get the elevator to stop at your condo - difficult to describe but very cool. The unit is around 1500-1600 sf and the living room/kitchen/dining area was very open with a lot of room. The pool is quite large with a lot of deck space and chairs - not crowding everyone together.

#### Great vacation spot with a toddler

Gorgeous beach, convenient access to pool and beach. Having a beach bar/cafe was great for a cocktail or quick lunch with a young child in tow, and playground provided an additional activity. This unit was excellent overall, super master bedroom and all updated bathrooms, kitchen, living area and large laundry room. Carpet and bedding in the remaining bedrooms was a little dated but in good shape. Key cards had to be swapped out when they didn’t work but this was immediately taken care of in the office. Would definitely visit again!

We had a great time at this place. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and everything was comfortable and clean. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach or pool. We didn’t have any special requests or anything requested while we were here, so can’t comment on that, but we would definitely stay here again!
