Unit 502 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the Breakers East building. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom has walk-in shower, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has bathtub/shower combination, single vanity; living room- (1) queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. It’s actually way bigger than what the pictures make it look like so when we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. Very roomy for our family of three. Deck overlooking the water was quite large with three different seating areas. There are also two patio doors to go outside. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The only two issues we had was waiting for the elevator which was clearly stated that one would be out of service but we booked anyway so we dealt with that, the other issue was the pool heater broke so the water wasn’t as warm as we would have liked but thats a fluke thing that happened and the kids still enjoyed swimming for a little bit.
