Unit #205 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the Breakers East on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30' balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Balcony overlooks pool, grilling area, dune walkover and the beach. Complimentary high-speed Cox cable internet access-WIFI. Unit #205 is tastefully decorated in 'beachy' Florida style. Master bedroom - king size bed, 32" wide screen HDTV with cable/VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, new blackout drapes, desk and office chair, spacious walk-in closet off master bedroom 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, 32" Smart TV with cable/DVD/VCR, ceiling fan. Both full bathrooms-shower/tub combination with glass shower doors, tile flooring and tub surround Living room- new queen size sleeper sofa, new loveseat, new coffee table, new 40" widescreen "smart" HDTV, cable/DVD/VCR, 2 swivel-rocker-recliners, new blackout drapes, tile flooring Dining room - (6) chair rattan and glass dining room set, full-sized breakfast bar with (3) bar height chairs, tile flooring Kitchen - Large, well-equipped with new cabinetry, new glass top cooking range, new above range microwave and new refrigerator with ice maker. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. This time we had another couple staying with us. We love the openness, the attention to detail on the accessories, knick-knacks , paintings, etc. Some interior decorator did a wonderful job. We really like the long balcony that spans the living area as well as the master bedroom. We liked that the rental included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for the length of our stay. The view was gorgeous and the patio/balcony was spacious. The room was close to the elevator making for easy transit to the beach/parking. The beds and bedding were very comfy. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you might think of to do your own cooking. Even had a coffee bean grinder!
