Unit #1105 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 11th floor of the Breakers East building. This is a gated community directly on the beach, no roads to cross. Reserved, covered parking space for your convenience. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Master Bedroom - King size bed, 37 inch flat screen cable HDTV, CD/DVD player Master Bathroom - shower/bathtub combo with glass shower doors, single vanity Second Bedroom - (2) Queen size beds, 24 inch flat screen cable TV. Room darkening shades. 2nd Bathroom - bathtub/shower combination with glass shower doors, single vanity Living room - queen size sleeper sofa, 32 inch flat screen cable TV, DVD/VCR player Fully equipped kitchen. Full Size washer/dryer located in condo. Complimentary WIFI - high speed Cox cable internet service with desk in living room. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. The parking spot was prime, the property grounds were clean and well kept, the location was centrally located on the Destin strip. Having beach set up service included was very convenient. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Unit did have a musty smell. There was water damage that left a section of dining area ceiling damaged that may have contributed to smell. Only other issue was master suite mattress is extra firm. My family really enjoyed our stay in the well-equipped, decorated, clean and beautiful condo on the beach! The view of the beach, sunrises and sunsets were perfect. I would love to stay for an entire week next time. The location is perfect to all the surrounding venues, restaurants, grocery store, etc.. Destin is the place to stay!! ##### Christina R. We typically stay at a different condo location but found this last minute and jumped on it. Was not disappointed at all!
