Unit #1006 is a very spacious end unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 10th floor of the breakers east on the beach. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. This condo has extra windows in kitchen, dining room, living a very bright/cheery atmosphere. 65 inch cable TV in living room with Blu-ray disc player, 39 inch cable TV in master bedroom with Blu-ray disc player 32 inch cable TV with Blu-ray disc player in second bedroom ceiling fans in both bedrooms blackout drapes in master bedroom and living room master bathroom has oversized walk-in shower with single vanity (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed in a few condos at BE, and this by far was our favorite. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for meals at home, and the balcony was fabulous for morning coffee and evening cocktails. At the time of this review, the unit had a decent-sized cooler, beach tote, toys, and chairs (for after 5pm setup). Condo was clean, cute and spacious. Parking was great! Super location. The beach attendants for this condo were by far THE BEST! No overcrowding here.
