Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Fully furnished kitchen. Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes. Master suite bathroom has an oversized walk in shower & double vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity. Third bedroom has bunk beds twin over full. Living room has queen sleeper sofa /flat screen cable TV/DVD. Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98\. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. The property felt safe and was an easy drive to many great restaurants and activities.We didn't know the laundry room would only be accessible through one of the bedrooms, which wasn't ideal for our sleeping arrangements and running a load of laundry in the evening but we had a little one sleeping in that space. Also, the bedding was pretty worn out, but we visited at the end of summer so that may be part of the reason. Those two things weren't big issues but worth knowing about. There was a weird smell throughout our stay and the maintenance came promptly (twice!) to try to address it for us, which was very much appreciated. ##### Melissa A. Located within distance of everything and everywhere you’d want to go. There was plenty of space for everyone and room was clean and already equipped with all your necessities. Only hiccup was I paid extra for the room which was supposed to be ready at 1300 and unfortunately when I arrived they was still cleaning the room. Staff was friendly and said they wasn’t told by management and ask for an hour to finish things up so we had to make plans for something in the meantime.
