Silver Shells St. Lucia 402 is a Destin vacation rental located in the highly desirable Silver Shells Beach Resort. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers views of the Emerald Coast from the fourth floor. This vacation rental offers private beach access, and St. Lucia's building private pool. You'll make wonderful memories at the beach when you stay in St. Lucia 402!

The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer.  
  
The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Lucia 402 have been tastefully decorated. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.  
  
The master bedroom has beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a full and twin bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. An on-site spa, indoor/outdoor pool, and a sauna will help you relax and rejuvenate during your stay. Tennis courts, a basketball court, and separate aerobics and weightlifting facilities help to keep you active and energized!

#### Beautiful and So Clean!

This was the cleanest, most beautifully decorated condo! Everything is exactly as pictured! The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed supplies for dining in. We had a very easy walk to the beach as well as the pools, pickle ball courts and restaurants. The office staff was so friendly upon our arrival and dismissal as well. Our family will definitely be back!

Perfect location and unit for our family of 4\. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy a family week at the beach. The oversized sofa made for great snuggles at night. We will be back!

#### Perfect spring break

The property was very clean. All furnishings & decor were beautiful and modern. The master suite was huge and bed was so comfy! Located close to so many good restaurants. And only a few mins from the Harbor. We enjoyed our spring break there very much. Will stay at Silve Shells again
