The unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests and features hardwood flooring throughout, complemented by fresh paint and upscale furnishings that create a refined coastal atmosphere. The fully updated kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a full-size pantry, and both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig to suit every coffee preference. Thoughtful touches throughout the unit ensure a seamless vacation experience. The living room provides a welcoming space to unwind, featuring a comfortable fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a 56-inch TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a 43-inch TV with a DVD player, and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a king-size bed and a ceiling fan, with convenient access to the guest bathroom, which includes a tub. Step out onto the private balcony and take in jaw-dropping views of Destin’s famous sugar-white sands and emerald-green Gulf waters. Also, someone entered our unit and left a plastic cup on the counter. We did not go anywhere yet to get that kind of cup. When we told the front desk, they were very unfriendly and told us what their computer said about when the door code was entered. When I told her that was correct on the times we entered the unit, she just stared an aggressive stare at us. She ssaid we could talk to the owner that wsa on the property at that time, but I was so annoyed with her ignorance we left. The public bathrooms were never kept up and towels were everywhere. Also, it was very difficult to have our uber drivers enter the gate - sometime taking several minutes to do it. We've been to destin/ft. .walton many times. This location was close to everything in town without being able to see it. The beach is a little small in this part of destin so we weren't able to put up our own tent, which was fine as our kids are older, but if they were younger, that would have been a problem for us. Very impressed with Holiday Isle and would stay again. Loved having security and a gated community. The condo itself was amazing. Clean, the beds were comfy, plenty of space, good ocean view, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything. The \*only thing I would say, is this unit would not be good with little kids. Ours are 12 and 14, but the tables are made of glass, and there are reachable breakables everywhere so I would be a nervous wreck with toddlers.
