Wake up to panoramic harbor views, vibrant sunsets, and the sound of waves at Paradise Point — your waterfront escape in the heart of Destin's East Pass 404! \*\*Neighboring building is under construction. May be some noise.\*\* This is the escape to Florida's Emerald Coast that you've been looking for! Paradise Point is a brand new vacation rental, located at the tip of Holiday Isle, in Destin, FL. With the most mesmerizing of harbor views, and a wide, spacious floorplan, you're sure to fall in love just as we did! Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted with spanning Destin Harbor water views and sunshine that lights the way. The huge living room boasts a big, new fluffy sectional and a large flat-screen TV. Eat in at the dinner table for 6 or the breakfast bar for 3, and enjoy cooking in the huge kitchen, all while taking in those amazing views. We've stocked the kitchen for you with all the necessities needed to make a home-cooked meal, and we also have a coffee maker, toaster oven, and a blender for smoothies or margaritas! The master bedroom rests on the left side of the condo, separated from the two guest rooms, which are to the right of the kitchen. Your master has a comfy King bed, TV, and a huge ensuite bathroom - equipped with custom closets, double vanity, and a walk-in shower. One of your guest rooms has a King bed while the other has a Queen, and both have smart TVs where you can login to your favorite streaming apps (the living room and master bedroom are the only rooms with cable service). You'll also find custom-built closets in each of these bedrooms as well. The shared bathroom has a linen closet, single vanity, and shower/tub combo. Paradise Point has 2 waterfront balconies: one is shared by the living room and master bedroom while the second balcony is shared by the two guest rooms. Each has their own epic views of the harbor, and if you rest long enough, you'll even catch some dolphins cruising by! One of the main draws to this condo is the lively vibe and action across the harbor. You can catch fishing boats going in and out each day, and beware of the pirate ship that may shoot a cannon or two as they drift by for buried treasure (no real cannons, but you will hear the BOOM!) During season, you'll find East Pass is the perfect spot to catch the weekly fireworks, presented by Harborwalk Village. With so much action day and night, it's important to remember that you may experience some tunes and good vibes audible late into the night from Destin's nightlife. Holiday Isle is the perfect place to take a walk, run, or bike ride - with 2.5 miles of paved trails, palm trees, and salty air. East Pass has access to a private, protected beach inlet facing the Destin Pass (no water access, tanning only). You may also walk over to Norriego Point where you'll find sandy beaches and little coves for swimming! If you're looking for a Gulf-front beach, Henderson Beach State Park and James Lee Park by the Crab Trap restaurant are both short drives away. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, and lots of seating inside and out on the amazing balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching boats coming and going in and out of the harbor. My son took pictures of our fishing boat coming in from a deep sea fishing trip, and I took pictures of him and his girlfriend going out on a tour boat to see the dolphins. We had the best time! I highly recommend this condo! The Breathe Easy Rental team did a great job getting us all the information we needed quickly. They were very proactive and met our needs before we even had to ask. It was usually chilly when we stayed so we did need to go buy some blankets because there were not a lot at the condo. We did not ask management for any more blankets, but we probably should have and that may have solved the issue. The pool is being renovated. It looks like it has been and will be out of commission for a while. When we booked it, we were not aware of this until the day we were coming. I gave a 4/5 for online listing due to this. The unit was just as described, well maintained and in a great location especially if you like snorkeling and fishing. Breathe Easy rentals was fabulous! The communication was always quick and on top of any issue (even minor ones). The power was out to the building one afternoon and Breathe Easy got us 7 tickets to the Big Kahuna water park! The pool on the other hand needed alot of attention.. The chairs were dirty. The trashcans were overflowing with trash everyday. There was mold in the pool. Also, the pool restroom was disgusting. It is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture/beds. There is lots of closet space and storage. The kitchen is beautiful with updated appliances and is stocked with everything you might need. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and each has access to a balcony. We loved the couches and tables on the balcony. The only draw back was accessing the beach. We have stayed in this building in the past and knew there was a short walk to get to the beach at Norrriego Point, but this year the gate to get to the beach was locked making it more of a hassle and a longer walk to get to the water. ##### Kerri B. It was spacious and nice with a well equipped kitchen. There were a few issues though. The main living area would be cold but the bedrooms warm especially the smallest which was actually hot. We were provided with four rolls of thin toilet paper which went fast and we had to buy more as the staff could not get us more until the next afternoon. Squeaky doors and a broken toilet seat and faulty dishwasher were other issues. ##### Jan V.
