The home is centrally located in a very popular area in Destin, called Crystal Beach. It has a private pool that is able to be heated in the winter months. It has a complimentary 6-passenger golf cart (LSV). The beach access is 4 blocks away! Get there in 3 minutes on the golf cart! On top of that, the home is centrally located in town, meaning everything you need for the perfect vacation is waiting for you. Located within one mile of the home are many restaurants, a gas station, a large outdoor shopping mall (The Destin Commons), a Publix, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and much more! VIEW HOME HIGHLIGHTS: Beach Access Approx 4 Blocks Private Pool Complimentary 6-Passenger Golf Cart (LSV) Hammock Propane/Gas Grill High-Speed Wifi Quality Bedding and Linens VIEW MORE HIGHLIGHTS: 5 king suites 2 dedicated bunk rooms Private pool with heating options Secondary upstairs living area Pack-n-play Front and back balconies Short distance to the beach Large backyard and pool area VIEW LAYOUT AND BEDROOM DETAILS: 1ST FLOOR: KITCHEN: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful graphite colored cabinetry and granite countertops and includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large counter-height bar with 8 bar stools. DINING ROOM: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has a front row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a beautiful, handmade table that seats 14 people. LIVING ROOM: This living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full-sized sofas and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. BEDROOM + BATHROOM #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower and a separate shower/tub combination. BEDROOM + BATHROOM #2: Located on the first floor (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. LAUNDRY: Located downstairs, off of the main hallway. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here. BATHROOM #6 (HALF BATH): This bathroom is located on the first floor, off of the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry with granite countertops. BACKYARD: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, saltwater pool. This large backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 3 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. There is plenty of space behind the pool for throwing frisbee or football. The pool can also be heated in the winter months. 2ND FLOOR: BEDROOM + BATHROOM #3: Adjacent to bedroom #4\. This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home with access to the front balcony. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 accent chair, 1 night stand, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the front of the home with 2 lounging Adirondack chairs and side tables. BEDROOM #4: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home and also has access to the large front balcony. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat-screen TV. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the Bunk Room (#5). This bedroom and Bedroom #3 are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play. BATHROOM #4 (JACK-AND-JILL): This spacious bathroom is shared between Bedroom #4 and #5 (Bunk Room). It has two sinks and a tub/shower combination. BEDROOM #5 (BUNK ROOM): This bunk bed room is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with 2 Full/Full bunks, a dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with Bedroom #4. BEDROOM #6: This room is adjacent to bedroom #7, in the back of the house. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living room/game room. It has 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed, a full-sized sofa, bean bag chair, and a flat-screen TV. It has 2 stand alone arcade games and bar stools. There is plenty of open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the balcony overlooking the backyard and pool. BEDROOM #7 + BATHROOM #5: Upstairs and to the left in the back of the home, you have Bedroom #7\. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 night stands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. THE BALCONY: Has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, coffee table, and 2 rocking chairs. Séjour de 7 nuits en novembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Amy S. 26 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté To start off a vacation with 17 people being told our house wasn’t going to be ready until 5pm when it stated on VRBO that the check-in was 4 didn’t leave a good impression. However I was there at 4 along with most of the family members and we were let in. There were a few hiccups the first night such as trying to figure out how exactly 24 people could possibly fit (as stated in the listing), realizing not every bedroom had enough beds, the air mattress had a hole in it and there was a lightbulb out in my bathroom. It was all addressed very quickly so the management company was fast acting and courteous. The pool was much smaller than expected- the pics definitely made it look bigger. 2 of the deck chairs were broken and when told to them nothing happened. The house actually had a capacity sign on it stating only 18 guests permitted yet listing says 24\. The listing also says only 4 cars allowed to be parked but the sign says 7\. Semantics I suppose but this house will in NO WAY fit even 18\. (Unless they were including the pack n plays for babies)The location was great. The refrigerator was entirely too small and barely kept things cold. Again having 18 people in the house requires another fridge for sure! A lot of the dishes were chipped and there were little things that I think could’ve been done better considering the weekly rental cost. The beds were all awful- we all agreed. I have more to say but not enough space. I had a couple issues which when contacted were quickly handled. We would stay there again. Only suggestion is that they could provide more basic condiments like salt and pepper. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to the beach, and the golf cart was fun to have. The bedrooms were all good sized. The bedrooms were all very big and it worked out perfectly for the amount of adults and children we had with us. The backyard was a good size and felt private. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for us all. A few issues that we had was most tvs didn't work right, it smelt like cat urine under the sink. The master bath smelt musty and the shower wouldn't seal so water was running into the closet. 2 of the hammocks outside were extremely worn. I moved one to the back as my 82 year old mother was getting readynto sit on it and a good chunk of the rope that attaches to the tree were broke. Metal furniture in the kitchen and outside were rusted. What would he a fantastic addition would be fans on the balconys, getting rid of whatever is in the backyard instead of grass as most of the yard is unusable and lastly, sheets that fit the beds and did not come off during the night. I have already shared your listing with friends and family and recommended a stay there as it was enjoyable! We would be back! Thank you for sharing! ##### Kim M. It was a two minute walk to the beach access and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The only down side was the refrigerator. Although it had a large capacity it didn’t keep things very cold. The house was spotless. The beds and the linens were very comfy. Plenty of bathroom towels and face cloths. The kitchen was very well stocked and a wonderful size for many cooks in the kitchen. The pool area was so relaxing with three large hammocks and two tables with umbrellas. It was a great spot for morning coffee. The proximity to the beach was another huge plus. The home comes with an electric golf cart and we rented a second because we had 11 people. In the morning we took the carts down with all our stuff set up our spot on the beach and came back to get everyone ready. I walked to the beach every day. Super short walk. My two year old granddaughter walked it on more than one occasion. We have already decided to go back next year. Our family from New England loved it. The airport was only 30 minutes from the house and very easy to get in and out of. It was the best week ever!!! ##### Joan A. Lovely clean home with many amenities. Since it was on the cool side the heated pool was a blessing especially for young children. Golf cart was helpful in transporting everyone to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils which was great! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to the area! Only thing I can mention we were concerned about was getting the pine straw in the pool after being on the hammocks. It was a little hard to manage with little ones using the pool area. The rooms were spacious, the place was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and orderly, the furniture was comfortable, the host was attentive and responsive. The pictures accurately reflected what we found. It was well worth the extra to heat the pool in the cooler month. The golf cart was very handy.
