Beach front - On the sand - Beautiful, renovated, clean - Sleeps 6.

Feel your stress disappear as soon as you open the door to unit 2123 in Sandpiper Cove. The unit had been remodeled offering a huge balcony with amazing views of the Emerald green waters, white sparkling sands and beautiful furniture seating to enjoy the Destin breeze. The condo is on second floor (no elevator) and offers space for a family/friends of 6 (if with kids) or 5 adults to stay comfortably and two parking spaces. This unit has been converted into a 1 1/2 bedrooms but at a lower rate than a regular two bedroom condo. Open concept living room with spacious kitchen offering plenty of granite counter top space and all supplies needed for your meals. Living area offers plenty of seating area where the couch folds out to a queen sofa sleeper. A cute dining area is also provided in the living space. The small guest converted bedroom has twin bunk beds and wardrobe. The master bedroom has a king size bed, closet, spacious dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a beautiful view. Two bathrooms. Both with walk-in shower. This condo also offers a washer and dryer and internet and TV cable. Doorbell camera next to the front porch's door. That is the only camera present at the property.
Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort located on the heart of Destin, where you can find excellent restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, amusement parks, lots of fantastic golf courses and also Destin's harbor which offers pontoon boat and jet skis rentals, dauphins and sunset cruises, deep sea fishing trips, scuba and snorkeling trips, and many other activities.
Sandpiper Cove features a private beach, a beach bar and café, 5 swimming pools (2 heated ones), 9 hole par 3 golf course, hot tub/spa whirlpool, tennis courts, Event Center, Boat docking (please check SPC website for docking request), canal, marina and the Louisiana Lagniappe, a fine dining restaurant overlooking the Harbor with amazing sunsets, on site.

Returning customers

This was our family’s 2nd stay in this beachfront unit and it was just a fantastic as before! My parents were in the unit below us, my sister and her family 2 units to the left, and my brother and his family across the street. We absolutely love everything Sandpiper cove has to offer and we start every morning on the beach. Most evenings are spent on the porch watching the kids play in the sand. This unit’s porch is spacious and has the best Gulf of America breeze in the evenings. The 2 bunks and pull out couch were perfect for the two teens and my younger child while my husband and I enjoyed our private room with a door and our own bathroom! Trust me when I say that this unit is worth the expense. You won’t find a better location, view, or a more responsive host. Can’t wait to stay again soon! Thanks for a great July 4th week!

Great Beach Week!

Enjoyed our stay at this beachside property. Loved the open floor plan, back deck and proximity to the beach! Appreciate that the owner provided nice towels, toiletries, etc. Overall, a great beach week. Would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo in Destin, FL! The property is located in a safe, family-friendly community that made us feel comfortable and right at home—perfect for kids. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient and made our beach days super easy and stress-free.The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. It was also stocked with several essential items (like kitchen basics, bathroom/shower basics, and even some beach gear), which made settling in a breeze and saved us a trip to the store right away.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We’re already planning to come back in the future!

Wonderful Experience!!!

Absolutely enjoyed my time at this property . The owner communicated every detail and made the experience enjoyable and easy to use. The property was very nicely updated and functional. The property had many little things done that made staying here next level compared to other condos I’ve stayed at in same complex. Beautiful- would absolutely stay here again!

We found the condo to be as pictured/described. We loved staying on the beach side of Sandpiper Cove. It had a wonderful view of the gulf from the large balcony. Super quick walk to the beach to enjoy the provided beach service, as well as the additional beach chairs the host supplied. Condo was clean & cozy & had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities throughout. Loved being close to all the shopping, restaurants, and boardwalk. Myrian was a wonderful & helpful host. We appreciated the communication throughout our booking & stay. One of the best experiences we've had.

This property was accurate to the pictures and was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. It was close to the beach with our own beach walkway, beautiful view and the host replied within hours if we needed anything. It was perfect for our family of 5. Definitely will be staying again.

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the deck, living room & bedroom. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, as was the deck furniture. There was also 2 beach chairs and umbrella to use at the beach. The condo was even better than expected! Myrian, the owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful!

What a great trip! This place has it all- clean, comfy, location, incredible beach view and access. We stayed for 10 days and loved it. The photos are exactly what you get to enjoy when you arrive. Our favorite was coffee on the deck and happy hour at sunset on the beach. Short distance to fun restaurants and shopping. We even enjoyed a couple day trips to Pensacola and 30A. We are already thinking ahead to our next trip and would love to stay here.

We stayed last year at another condo at Sandpiper Cove. This condo was larger, had an extra bathroom, and included beach chairs. I would definitely book this one again! Everything was perfect!

Perfect beach front condo!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was the perfect size for my husband, myself and two young children. They absolutely loved the bunk beds! The unit was very clean and decorated perfectly for a beach front condo. The back deck is huge and provides amazing views of the Gulf. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We will stay here again and highly recommend! Location of the complex to all things Destin is perfect!

Perfect getaway!

My family of 6 stayed here (my husband and I, kids 14,13,11 and 9 months) the condo was perfect for what we needed. The kids stayed in the bunk beds and pull out couch, and the baby slept with us in a pack and play. Photos listed are exactly how the place looked in person. The location is perfection right on the sand and a 5 min walk to the water. There are complimentary chairs/umbrella just get there and tell the attendant who will reserve them with your name in the morning. The condo is close to all restaurants and shops. Check out the restaurants on the beach they usually have events in the evenings like tiki fire performers, bonfires, movies etc. we got to see an amazing firework show at the pier. We also ate at the restaurant on site, Louisiana langipe and the food and service were amazing I highly recommend for good seafood That’s not fast food or bar type food. Myrian was an absolute amazing host who stayed in communication the entire time from my advance booking. She was available for questions and responded quickly via text. We would absolutely stay with myrian again, thanks for everything!!!

The property was exactly as described, very clean and just a few steps from the beach. The host was amazing and always available. A great way to celebrate summer

If you want to be on the sand in 10 seconds, this is your place! Beach service every day, pickleball courts right here, the world's smallest par 3 golf course free to play, and a host that respond so quickly you are never without an answer for anything. My family has a great time and was only a minute away from the main road to go do all the rest of destin also. Thanks for letting us enjoy the beach condo.

What a great place!!

This was a great location on the beach! The condo had really nice linens and comfortable pillows and mattresses. Everything was great quality and very clean. Our host Myrian was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. I’d definitely stay here again!!
