Dog Friendly Caribbean Breeze is Professionally Managed by Newman Dailey. Whether its music, art or fashion- classics never go out of style. So it goes with this sunny Destin vacation rental in Crystal Beach. The breezy front porch, close proximity to the beach and cheery island decor give it all the essentials needed to make it a solid “go-to” when you can’t decide where to stay. The broken-up floor plan of Caribbean Breeze can comfortably accommodate eight while giving each of them privacy. Plus, the southern bedrooms open up to the spacious front porch while the northern rooms overlook another classic feature of any good vacation rental- a private pool deck. The pool deck, draped in swaying palm trees and with plenty of lounge chairs, also features a grilling area because what is a Destin vacation without a poolside barbecue! Caribbean Breeze also checks all the boxes when it comes to vacation home comforts- a full laundry room, stocked kitchen, TVs in each room, parking for three cars and cool tile floors top the list. Plus, it’s so nice to be able to walk to the beach and not have to worry about parking. Or for that matter you can also walk to the many restaurants, shops and beach stores right in the Crystal Beach neighborhood. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. This home is dog friendly. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records. There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home. This pool CANNOT be heated. We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. Nice separation of bedrooms. Crystal Beach was nice since you can walk a long way out in the ocean to knee deep. House needs all furniture updated, the beds and couches were horribly uncomfortable and the entire decor is outdated. Only very basic kitchen items provided and in not great shape. Kitchen is hard to use for more than one person. We were told pool heating was an option closer to our arrival (and we needed it due to weather) but then we’re told it was not available. So did not even use pool and it’s tiny anyway so that was a big disappointment. No hand rails on stairs to house and dangerous for older people, also dangerous tubs which have a giant tall tub to step over and no handrails. Have stayed in lots of vacation rentals and this is one of the worst. Owners need to redo and update and put some money into this to improve, including firmer beds and furniture, those pillow-basedcouches get lumpy and terrible too quickly. It could use a little maintenance as some aspects are showing their age (broken chair poolside, towel rack missing, porch ceiling fan rusted out, lamp not working) and some of the decorating was a bit silly and random, but overall this place is exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the pool, the quick walk to the beach, the cheery and comfortable interior but mostly the front porch with old glory waving in the breeze. Nice neighbor Scott was an unexpected bonus! The listing didnt do it justice as it was clean and spacious. The pool was a great addition and made staying in so fun.
