It is across the road from the ocean but only a 30 second walk to the beach. Honestly wonderful place to stay though and would stay there again. The only bad thing I could say about this condo was we were there for 3 nights and we only had partial roles of TP in the bathrooms so we had to go out to get some. But again. The condo is beautiful.
