Aqua Viva stay

A beautiful place, exactly as pictured. Neat, clean, spacious, modern with all amenities included. Staff responded quickly when I had a question about entering/ using the code.

Destin Vacation 25

Nice house with lots of room. Pool was great. We had a few issues with our stay. I had completed the paperwork when the house was booked. On the day of arrival, I was asked to complete the paperwork again. The refrigerator had broken parts in the door and the back door knob had to be adjusted due to it was loose. The stove is gas but was leaking and knobs needed to be replaced. Management was always responsive to the issues. Since we could not use the stove they bought us pizza and assisted us with our food cost. A chair was broken and removed from the house. The house needs to be updated downstairs.

Perfect House, Perfect Holiday

Aqua Viva was the perfect house for our family!!! The location is great, the pool was amazing and the house is set up perfectly for a group! Everybody loved it!

Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at this property, comfortable and convenient to beach and local restaurants and stores. Love the layout and bathrooms in each bedroom and king size beds through out. Very nice! Our coordinator Nancy was amazing and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice beach house, perfect for our family getaway

Very nice stay. The house was perfect for our large family vacation with 6 kids under 4. Everyone had their own space with en suite, pool was nice and shaded in the late afternoon. The ice maker was fantastic and the large tables fit all of us. Very spacious. We ended up arriving a day earlier than expected, emailed to see if it was available and never heard back. Once we called, they were quick to answer. One day we had issues with the hot water heater and called the emergency maitenance number but didnt hear back. Once we called customer service they were very quick to handle, which we appreciated. My feedback would be to use the option for customer service and not email or the maintenance number.

50 th anniversary family stay together

This property was absolutely perfect for our family group of 16.. hubby and I, kids/ spouses, 8 grandkids. They lived in the pool. Walks to the beach 1 block away was awesome. The game room was a life saver when they all had enough sun. 6 bedrooms with en-suite baths so everyone had their own space. The open floor plan works so well with a group. Beds were so comfy. We had gotten a golf cart and plenty to bum around to! Great local eateries. Highly recommend this house.. great location, stocked very well, nice furniture. We were sad to leave, love to come back. Thank you!

Family Vacation - Destin

We had a wonderful time in Destin Florida. Our family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Viva. The accommodations were absolutely perfect and in a great location. Nancy, our manager for this property was an absolute delight. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location lots of space

Not as clean as I would have expected. Kmart feet when we walked around with no socks. Under the outside couch was cigarette butts and lots of debris. Location was great and we did have a great time.

Nice inside furniture, great pool, comfortable beds. Pool chairs are not comfy at all, and a little More paper supply and trash bag supply would’ve been nice for such a large house. Nancy was very professional and responsive! A definite return-

Family Vacation

We had the best stay here. We had 10 adults and 7 grandkids under 6. Loved the home. Very spacious and a short walk to the beach several times was perfect. Weather was great.

Our healing place

Unfortunately, our trip to Florida was for a family funeral: I scoured various sites to find a home that had a very light color scheme, beachy colors if possible (non depressing), an area the family members staying nearby could come over and have meals and swim or visit, the younger folks could have their own spaces and the adults could talk. This was the house! We had food catered in and if needed, 26 people can sit downstairs, 10 at the table, the rest at barstools, chairs and sofas, and there are enough dishes to serve all. Everything in good working order. We could easily walk to beach access and let the waves and smells do their curative thing. The house was exactly as pictured and had space upstairs with a pool table and video games for the teens, a pool out back with a gazebo and plenty of seating. The only minor hiccup at all was the door combo did not work at first but before I hung up with the manager, Nancy, a very nice young man was there stating he was there to fix the issue which was done immediately. The property manager was fantastic, available and kind. I have only had one VRBO experience that was equal to the outstanding quality of this home and the property manager. If in the area again, which may be in the fall, that would be my first choice if available. Outstanding!

5 Day Girls Trip

This was a Girls trip of 8 ladies during Halloween Weekend. My group and I fully enjoyed this beautiful home. It was cozy and roomy. Spacious kitchen with a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Bonus, there is an ice maker which definitely came in handy. Beds were comfortable, main bedroom is located outside of the kitchen with double sinks, tub and a big closet. The proximity to restaurants, Super Walmart and the five minute walk to the beach were perfect. All located on the main highway, approximately 3 blocks from the house. We appreciated the start-up kit of paper towels and toilet paper. Tons of towels and wash clothes underneath the sink. Although the weather was in the 80s during our stay, the extra cost to heat the pool was worth it. Breakfast recommendation: Donut Hole, to add a very good Key Lime Pie. Bonfire recommendation at the Royal Palm Restaurant on Fridays and Mondays. Beautiful sunset. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Overall good but could be better

The property was nice while still feeling cozy (not feeling like our kids were going to destroy everything). The proximity to the beach was great although if you have kids or carts, worth renting a golf cart. Loved having the pool table for extra fun once home from the beach. The biggest complaint is the pool pump went out (obviously prior to our arrival)- we were not notified this was an issue. This issue was not fixed during our stay meaning we could not heat the pool. The kids were unable to swim longer than a few minutes without shivering and being forced to get out. This was a huge reason why we booked this house with kids so it was a very big let down especially considering we booked almost a full week, without being able to enjoy it. The other negative is the dryer did not work well making it difficult to keep up with laundry/towels etc with a large group. Good place to stay but would really benefit from better communication with the management office (this was lacking) & quicker response with maintenance issues.
