Southbay by the Gulf #11 is 3-story unit with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1st floor bedroom is set up like its own apartment with a dining table, access to the Patio/Community Pool, and a large living space. The main level features the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. The 3rd Floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. This unit is on the North side of the lake and is a short walk to the beach. Southbay by the Gulf is a quaint little townhome community located on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This secluded property offers such a variety of vacation homes; you will be drawn back, time after memorable time. Southbay has 2 swimming pools and 2 kiddy pools; we heat the south pool seasonally. If it's tennis that you love, we have that too. There was room to gather to eat, play games and watch TV on the main floor and then quieter bedroom areas on the lower and upper floors. It was nice to have a balcony and the walk to the beach is very reasonable for adults (maybe a little trickier with small kids).
