The rental property was clean, spacious for our family of 4, convenient location, and had great amenities. We loved spending time on the balcony to relax as well enjoyed the pool time. The pool is amazing and also convenient to the beach with a complementary shuttle. The condo was very clean and conveniently located to elevator access. Communication with the host was excellent and they immediately addressed my messages. It was perfect for our family of 4! Spacious and balcony offered beautiful views of the property and pools. It was so relaxing to have my morning coffee on balcony and listen to the waterfalls from the pools. It was also nice the condo provided beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler because we flew in and didn’t have these items. You can see the beach as well even though it is across the street. The cleanliness of the entire Palms resort is 5 star. It is also in a convenient location to multiple restaurants and shopping. The beach is more like a 5-10 min walk across the main highway and I will say the public beach access was crowded however we still enjoyed the beautiful beach and rented jet skis and had a blast! The only thing I would give a poor review is on the Palms Bistro at the resort. The service was terrible… We ate lunch there twice and did not have a good experience. The food was decent but our service was bad. Overall though we will definitely be booking here again in the future! Highly recommend! ##### Katherine B. Has a great view overlooking the pool from the balcony. The pool was terrific for the kids. It's about a five minute walk to the beach. Tons to do for families in the area. The unit was spacious for our family of 5\. Constant contact with the property manager felt very overwhelming before and during our stay. I received a rental agreement via email, a phone call prior to arriving summarizing the rental agreement, and a text message with the same details. The building access codes provided didn’t work, where promptly provided a second time via text, and then stopped working again mid-stay. I chose not to reach out because what was provided by others guests did work. A text notification came Monday about a state required balcony inspection being scheduled during our stay, which we had no choice but to accept. A text reminder was received before 7:30 am Thursday, the day of the inspection. Lastly, multiple texts were sent regarding check out (on a Thursday and Saturday) which felt very pushy. The text from Laura stated “We need our cleaners to be in the unit right at 10:01am or sooner. If you know you’re going to depart early would you please let me know. I have a scheduled appt at 11:30am that morning that I can not have delayed.” For the price we paid, it would have been much nicer to have been able to unplug and enjoy our stay as we wanted, without constant contact and interruptions. ##### Melea S.
