This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from the lobby level. This vacation rental offers private beach access. St. Croix 205 has everything you need to feel at home at the beach! This is located on the second floor. Complimentary Beach Service Included: March 1 to October 31 (Does not apply to stays 28 days or longer) BEDDING SUMMARY Master bedroom: King bed Guest bedroom: Full bed, twin bed Living area: Queen sleeper sofa \*\*The Silver Shells lagoon pool will be heated during Spring Break at the HOA discretion beginning March 1st. \*\* The condo is furnished with a washer and dryer. The interior spaces of Silver Shells St. Croix 205 have been tastefully decorated with a coastal beach theme. An open floor plan gives the whole family or group space to relax together. The living area is beach-facing, features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, and offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather around the flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa for larger parties. The spacious beachfront patio is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The living and dining areas have ample seating, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals. The master bedroom has incredible views and private access to the beachfront patio. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a full bed, a twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront patio. Just a few steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Silver Shells features a wealth of amenities for you to have both an active and relaxing vacation. The location of the room was super convenient to not only great views of the property, pools and beach but also to easy parking for unloading and moving in and out. Rooms were all very clean. Kitchen had all necessary utensils and pots and pans. Excellent quality kitchen. The room was ok, tiling around the tub was incomplete, shower was link a ice rink, very slick. We were lied to about on going construction. We were told co struction was complete on our side (south),but it was not. We could use our patio at all or go outside from the room, very disappointing to look out and see construction equipment for 5 days. We had to request linings when we arrived, we had 2 total towels, disappointing. Checking after hours was easy. Overall the stay was good. But, we will not revisit this location. ##### Mark W.
