The house was large and clean but
 the main bedrooms were on second floor 14 steps up and another open sleeping room on 3rd floor more steps up not ideal for elderly parents and the main bathrooms with showers were also on the second floor. I have overlooked how many steps the house had and not enough full bathrooms for 10 people. Master bathroom is open to master bedroom no doors. Access to beach is close, myself and 5 kids walked it many times! Beautiful home and VRBO did compensate for the issues during our stay! Overall very happy with house and the ones who manage it! Very kind and attentive! The house its self was in great condition. Out side shower for returning from the beach and the pool was great. The down side was 1, All rooms had TVs and direct TV but except for the main room and the main bedroom these were smaller than a computer monitor. All the controllers were hard to work felt like they alll needed new batterys. 2, One of the "Bedrooms" was basicly the walk in closet for the master bedroom with bunk beds in and the mattresses on these 2 were uncomfortable.
