Sterling Shores is one of the best properties in Destin with two great pools, a private section of beach, and steps away from one of the best restaurants - Back Porch. It is located out of the snarling traffic of the harbor area with easy access to groceries. This particular condo has to be one of the absolute best in the building. Clean, modern, and spacious with stunning views of the gulf. Joel was a very accessible and responsive owner taking care of all my questions very quickly. We really liked the exclusiveness of the 2 pools and private beach with accessible beach service. There is also a small bar that serves lunch on the beach. Don't miss the small coffee shop located within the Candy store next door. I advise you to grocery shop at Wal mart and not Publix. Wal Mart has a great selection of items and everything was fresher, available, and a better price. Joel was easy to work with. We appreciated the ice machine located in the garage. The Back Porch is wonderful and the wait time was always less than we were told-- walk right out of the property and you are there.
