Brand new pool/spa construction, mini golf and bocce ball court. No Pets Allowed. STR 003144 OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The pool and spa and all the the equipment is brand new. BBQ and fire pit adds a touch for those enjoying an cooler desert evenings in the winter gathering by the fire or grilling outside your favorite dishes while overlooking the pool and stunning mountain views that your group can enjoy. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of sight seeing Palm Springs, going for a game for golf (Desert Dunes, one of the top public golf courses is located only 5 mins away from the house) or simply enjoying your groups company and making lasting family. NOTE: Guest do have access to the mail box an can ship items if they arrive during there stay. \*Please note - check-in instructions are sent 48 hours prior to your arrival. CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. For any further questions, please reach out to our hosts for further information! POOL|SPA: Pool: $130/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. \*\*Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. PETS: Please no pets allowed. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.
