"A good stay for a night. The tent had all amenities like a king size bed, hot water, charging outlets etc. A warning- no heater! The dinner was okay. Though despite telling them one guest was vegetarian, they still overlooked this and did not even offer alternatives, which is surprising, this being a luxury camp. Otherwise an okay experience. "

"The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner. "Empezar contando que nosotros los reservamos para el campamento de Zagora. El dueño del campamento me escribió por whatsapp comentandome que al final en el de Zagora no tenían hueco y me pasaron al de Tagounite (60 km mas abajo de Zagora). El campamento está una duna bastante grande, alejado de la carretera a 16 km de Tagounite. Está decorado bastante bien para estar en medio del desierto, tienen agua y electricidad. El baño estaba un poco sucio, pero nada importante, toral para pasar una noche...

"Staff somewhat aloof. Not sure what their roles were. One person spoke English. Difficult to communicate requests. The other staff were a bit stand offish, never engaging or smiling. Made for a bit of discomfort. I don't think the rooms/tent are hardly ever cleaned out. Bottled water in the tents on arrival were never replaced after the first day. Trash never emptied during our stay. Felt a bit like being in the twilight zone. It slightly felt like I was imposing on someone's space. Dinners were...

"Special was the 2 wash cloths and the mirror that did not fog. Convenient walking distance from the airport to the hotel. Not sure how you get from arrival area. As we went outside and walked down to terminal 3\. The guard let us in to get to the walkway. If you can stay within terminal you arrive in and walk inside to terminal 3\. Otherwise, you will be driven crazy by people wanting to help or drive you that short distance. "

"Nice older hotel with a beautiful view of both city and river. Ideal location, walking distance to Nubian Museum and ferries to Elephantine island. Friendly staff, welcoming and providing great recommendations with a smile (thank you Miriam at front desk) We had à la carte dinner- the juiciest tender chicken pieces in shish tawouk and fatty. Daily free breakfast buffet is epic- with fresh food, omelette station and the wide variety of breakfast pastries, yogurts, accompaniments. WiFi could be stronger in the rooms, works fine in the lobby area. "
