"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us an early check-in, which made a huge difference after our travel. The manager, Mimo, personally assisted us and was truly outstanding. He helped us plan all of our activities and made every arrangement seamless, making our trip completely stress-free. "Once in the lobby it is very impressive. It appears that the driving ramp to the lobby level is under renovation so one has to enter one floor below which is not impressive. Staff and services are high quality. We did not go to any of the restaurants in the hotel. Zaza restaurant across the street on the banks of the Nile had great food."
