« On arrival, TV wasn't working, toilet didn't flush and safe was not working. Support did come up to fix TV and the toilet, but safe was found out afterwards and decided not to call them up again. »

« This room is located in Tower 1. This location is walkable to the strip or you can walk into the side of Planet Hollywood. It is also an all indoor walk over to the MGM, which is awesome if it is raining. It was very easy to utilize the pool/lazy river at the MGM. You just scan your room key and you are in. The pictures of the room are accurate. The valet service is quick and easy, along with check in. The issues I had were the stained carpets and upholstery, the carpet could have been vacuumed...

« It was a great check-in process. Host was great at communicating, walking distance to main area of strip is between 10-30 minutes. Only con is not having towels changed and cleaning with the price you are paying you would think it’s included and not an extra charge. Other than that, accurate stay! »

« Avoids the circus on the strip, but you can go visit. No joke about the Valet parking, sometimes took a while to get our car at peak rush times (morning, before dinner), but with that slight planning, everything was perfect. Joe was great, even mailed back something we left behind. »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
