Parking situation: Street pay parking : Download the ParkDSM app from the Apple Store and Google Play. If you already have a ParkMobile app affiliated with another city, that app will work. Was here in DSM for five days for work. Everything about the stay was easy. Building is relatively quiet, check-in was a breeze, communication was regular and super. Questions got answered promptly. Location is great - I had an electric scooter with me, parked my car on Tuesday and didn't touch it again until Sunday. If you can get parking in front of the building, do so. There's some construction right now around the corner that has taken a number of spots out of commission. Nothing the host can do about that, obviously. Parking is super cheap - $3.25 a day, can just repay every morning. Would absolutely rebook in the future. Thanks for the hospitality!! ##### Ryan G. Nice location right across the street from Big Grove Brewery and near a couple parks/sculpture gardens, which was nice to walk my dog. I wasn’t given notice of the construction directly in front of the property until an hour or so before checkin, so I was already on the road and didn’t have a chance to find parking alternatives until I arrived. Also was given the wrong entry code to the lockbox, so I was left standing in the hall with my dog for 10-15 mins. Quick responses from the host got me the correct code pretty quick.
