« Just returned from a fantastic stay at a stunning property. Two adults and two teens and we all had a blast. Setting is just beautiful and had everything we needed. Owner could not have been more helpful and provided great advice for activities close by. Would highly recommend »

« Nice place to stay when visiting nearby towns, very spacious apartment which made for a very relaxed feel. Pleasant village with pub below. Handy having a kitchen as food options are limited. Noise from the pub wasn't too bad but it was quite noisy from the kitchen below the kids room, which had music on loud! We had to put kids to bed in the other room then move them back in later in the evening. »

« The Cotton Rooms was perfectly located for everything in Matlock, plus lots of walks nearby. Spotlessly clean and with lots of added touches, including a lovely Christmas tree! Just a bit noisy on the road at night but it was New Year and we were next to a few pubs so was as expected. Great stay, would definitely go back! »

« I booked this break for a 2 day break having seen the property on line and picked it out as somewhere I wanted to stay. Everything was exactly as per the photos. Really high quality, lovely and clean, excellent location, very well presented, and quiet. Great for a couples break and so convenient for shopping, walking or just sitting in the local park and watching the world go by. Plenty of places to eat nearby, would thoroughly recommend! »

« Location was spot on, and the property was ideal for four of us. Beds were comfy and all was good bar a lack of electric from the plugs on the top two floors which ruined my plan to spend the weekend in the jacuzzi bath! We didnt contact the owners as it caused us very little bother. There are approx 20 varied pubs within half a mile, heaven. »
