Peace & Tranquility

Our girls weekend was enhanced at this stunning farmhouse property. Other than the wind whistling outside, you could hear a pin drop in this quaint Vermont town. The description was spot on and we would stay here a thousand times over!

I can't say enough about how beautiful this property is! Every inch of the home is stunning and the communication with the owner was exceptional. Very clean and well stocked, making it super easy for me as I hosted a group for a business meeting. Will most certainly return in the future!

We had a wonderful summer vacation in Vermont. House and property were beautiful. Pool was excellent, refreshing but also warm enough we could use into the early evening. Communication with our host was spot on. Derby is on the Canadian border but was a great location for us to make multiple day trips to Burlington, Stowe and Canada. There is both a Shaws and Walmart in town which makes getting food and drink easy. The kids loved being able to walk down the street and see the Elk and Bison grazing at a local farm.

Great stay in the NEK

Beautiful home, the most well-equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Not just fully stocked but Viking appliances, Ninja Blender, Kitchen Aid mixer, very high quality all around. The pool was fantastic and there are brand new municipal pickleball courts, basketball and tennis courts in the back yard. We had a great time and enjoyed the amazing 4th of July Parade right out our front door. Seriously impressed by this parade for such a little town.

This is a unique and magnificent property in a very convenient location to the Newport/Derby/Jay area. The house is meticulously and beautifully furnished. The grounds - especially the heated pool - are gorgeous. Communication with the owners was prompt and welcomed. We can't say enough about how great this property and the owners are. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for several days in Feb 2025 to ski at nearby Jay Peak and Burke Mtn. Both ski locations are about 45 minutes away — easily commutable. The property is recently renovated and very comfortable. Design style is appealing and the entire house is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is superbly equipped making for easy to prepare meals and a fantastic setting. Communication with the owner(s) was easy; they were attentive and interested in the comfort of their guests. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Even Better Than We Remembered!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We loved it so much the first time we visited Derby that we made it a point to book it again early so we could stay there when we skied at Jay Peak (which is only a 1/2 drive away). It was just as cozy and comfortable as we remembered it. Only this time the owners had the place decked out for Christmas with the most luxurious Christmas tree we've ever seen. It was a work of art. We'll definitely be back!

We love it

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful home and we are already looking forward to our next stay. This is not your average rental- the home is extremely well appointed, lovely furnishings, very comfortable beds, linens etc. Kitchen is well outfitted with everything you need and more. The grounds and pool are absolutely amazing in the summer- family group with adults and kids all enjoyed, and the large wrap around porch was a great gathering place for all to sit and relax. The beautiful granite fire table by the pool- perfect place to end the day!Highly recommend! (And the hosts are great)

Amazing venue in quaint small town

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property in Derby. The house was beautiful - thoughtfully decorated and pristine. Landscaping was exceptional. Linens were luxurious. My absolute favorite was the wrap around front porch - peaceful for a morning coffee or an evening nightcap. Conveniently located near local grocery store, ice cream shop and food truck poutine (10/10 recommend). Hosts were very responsive and most accommodating. I’ve stayed at various rentals in the area - this place is top notch. Don’t miss out!

Unbelievable Property and Hosts!!

We booked this property for our son and daughter in laws wedding in August. I can not express how immaculate and pristine the house and grounds were. We decided to have the bride and bridal party get ready for the day here. (The photos were amazing!!)The hosts have thought of every detail, and we certainly felt very welcome and relaxed in their beautiful home. The outdoor landscaping and wrap around porch are the most amazing I've ever seen in any rental. The interior design is equally amazing, furnished beautifully, and well stocked for even a larger family.

Pitch Perfect Stay

You know how some rental homes feel like an investment property the owners have put a C+ effort into furnishing? Well, this is the antidote to every mediocre rental you've ever stayed in. The care and detail that went into this property cannot be overstated. From the top notch kitchen to the incredibly comfortable mattress with high end sheets, you feel more like a guest in a good friend's home than a stranger renting a rando house. We definitely plan on returning.
