It is located very close to whale watching opportunities and the harbor had otters in it! The manager reached out to try and return a left behind item to me. My only issue is the strong smell of pet (maybe dander), I would suggest regular deep steaming of rugs and maybe an air purifier. Parking is not convenient and had to park a long ways from the unit with multiple trips back and forth to the car.
