« This a charming little house with super comfortable beds and a kitchen that had everything we needed. It had a cute little backyard and was walking distance to the beach. The property owner was very responsive to communication and made sure we understood the rules regarding pets and the check in process. My only critique would be that there is no air conditioning and we visited during a heat wave. I really don’t think air conditioning would have normally been necessary. »

« The property is lovely. Location couldn't be better. We would recommend living room furniture upstairs be swapped with downstairs. It should be noted that there is no walk in shower downstairs. There are some little things that need fixing, but it appears that owner is aware and working on them. (Sliding door downstairs bedroom, Refrig water dispenser, island counter granite falling off.) Nothing that distracted from our stay. »

« Perfect spot to stay in Nye Beach. Walking distance to everything, couldn't be much closer to the beach. Great views from every room. Cute old house that's been updated. Was clean, beds were comfortable. When we arrived there was a load of towels in dryer and dishwasher was full but clean. Couple things to note/tips for others - fridge isn't plumbed for water so grab ice when you go to store and stock up. The bar is loud once they close and patrons await their rides home (1am) but It didn't...

« Absolutely gorgeous view, rooms and bed sizes work well for families. Only thing I would add is that if you are planning to bring a truck to the property (thankfully I brought my suv) it would be very hard to pull into the driveway with the sharp turns going in. Overall…Great place, loved playing ping pong and enjoying the hot tub when the afternoon winds picked up. Good amount of sand castle toys for kids and overall great area for enjoying family dinners and games after a day on the beach. »
