The host was very easy to communicate with regarding the time of our stay and made adjustments accordingly, which we greatly appreciated! The unit has it's own private entrance, which is very accomodating for two guests. There's a flight of wide stairs to the main floor, so consider that if you have stepping issues, we did not.Suggestions would be: Add induction stove top instructions to your VRBO booklet to make it function properly and add more big fresh clean towels for guests. Also check the unit to be sure it is free and clear of any dirt or hair after the cleaning crew is done, as we found alittle.Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would certainly stay again!! ##### Patricia A. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. So in the dark, once I found the blue door, there was construction boards to walk over with my luggage, in the dark.
