Step out of the usual boutique hotel routine and truly experience the liveliness of Denver. The Curtis Park Club has everything any wanderer needs to feel at home in the West. At The Curtis Park Club, our mission to provide every guest with the most memorable experience imaginable during their time in Denver. The Grand Curtis is the Carriage House within a stone’s throw from the Main House. Unlike the rooms located inside, the Grand Curtis is a fully equipped home, including a kitchen!  
  
The Space:  
The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a lively neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. Go big or go home — right? Well, you’ll certainly go big and never want to go home after your first night’s stay in The Grand Curtis. As they open the door, guests will be in awe of the home’s natural charm. One of the first rooms the guest will notice is the hip living room, decorated in a fitting aesthetic to complement the Main Home’s vibe. Inside of the living room, we have placed ample seating for four and a TV near the fireplace. Around the corner, guests will fall in love with the open layout of the dining area and kitchen. Thinking of making yourself more at home? Utilize the kitchen to create a delicious meal for you and your guests. There’s also seating for four outside on the patio. After a long day of adventuring, slip into something more comfy or start a bath in the clawfoot tub. Trust us - it’s one of the best treats you’ll have during your stay.  
  
Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. The front lawn is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and communal areas for guests to eat a delicious lunch from a local eatery. Looking for outdoor adventure? There are several boutiques and local restaurants steps away from The Curtis Park Club. For natural homebodies, there are two indoor communal areas. The downstairs communal area is smaller, but beautifully decorated with perfect seating for five guests. Upstairs, there is a larger communal area that seats twelve to fourteen. In these inside communal areas, guests are welcomed to interact with other travelers, indulge in a novel, or take photos with their friends.

Our travel plans changed a week prior to the trip and our hosts were so kind to accommodate the changes to support our needs. They were timely communicators and very accommodating. My one piece of constructive criticism is that the mattress was a little hard. We would stay there again!

#### Cute place to stay!

We were in town for a quick trip and really enjoyed our stay here! The property is charming inside and out. We stayed in the Carriage House and highly recommend it. It is very spacious and allowed us to sprawl out. You can’t beat that price for that amount of space! Keurig coffee in the lobby. Quick walk to a number of restaurants and a short ride to downtown spots. The only things we were missing were clothes hangers in the closet and a few extra sets of towels. With the shower/tub style we weren’t able to master the shower liner so the floor would get wet.

#### Saw show at The Mission Ballroom, this was a good choice.

We were in town to celebrate an anniversary and saw a show at the Mission Ballroom. The venue was only 2 miles away, so it was easy to walk. The RiNo district had a lot of cute shops and good restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the decor is stylish. The only thing to note is that we had to park a few blocks away, but that is very clear in the information. We would book here again for sure!!

Excellent location. Fifteen minutes or less walking to most venues. Read the binder when you first get there. It’ll answer most questions. Temporary A/C in room helpful but noisy. The grounds are in need of some care. Rooms are quiet. Never heard any sounds from the other rooms.

The place was just as described and depicted in the photos. The kitchen had enough basic tools to get by. The property management company was very helpful and responsive. Communication about check-in and check-out was clear and timely.

The place was great. We did not realize that there was only a hand held shower. There is construction ext door and workers kept leaving fence wide open. Overall a food place to stay.

We stayed in the Grand Curtis (separate building in the back) and had a great stay! Room was clean, spacious (for 2), bed was good amenities were great. Overall good stay!

#### Walk to RiNo from the Carriage House

We loved the location of the carriage house two blocks from the cool RiNo neighborhood with all its breweries, outdoor murals, central market, jazz club, restaurants. (As previous review noted, the property is across from a bus station and a lot of homeless folks.) We loved access to the common spaces in the main house and amenities like the Instax Cameras and beer/wine. The property was spacious with bathroom, living / dining area, full kitchen and bedroom. Bed was comfy! Check out at 10 am made us feel a little rushed .... overall, enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was very timely in his responses and made sure we had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is around a few different homeless shelters, so there were more homeless people around in general, but they didn't bother us and our vehicle was safe our entire stay. Would highly recommend!

#### Great location, comfortable and instagram-worthy

We stayed in the guest house at the Curtis Park Club and had a great time. The location was awesome, and the place was just as pictured, super stylish, clean, and comfy. We loved having a full kitchen in the guest house, and the cute, private patio area too. Randomly, we LOVED the fresh pastries that were available in the main building, such a nice touch, and the beer and wine upstairs too. The southwestern decor throughout is amazing, and it feels like we were on a movie set almost. This area of town was so walkable, and we only used a car when we went outside of Denver for some day hiking. Though we never met management onsite, they were very responsive to our questions, and check in was easy. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore Denver.
