This home is in a great area of Arvada just blocks from Old Town . The yard is perfect for relaxing and has ample seating if you have guests . The house itself was very clean with some great amenities: HUGE tv in the living room and a nice grill and hot tub in the backyard. The house had almost everything we needed to prepare meals (we picked up some condiments but plenty of pots, pans, spices.) The beds were comfortable and the wifi was fast. Cons on staying here - Hot tub was super dirty when we showed up. The kids were able to hop in on our last day. After they sent a cleaner. Said they would reimburse us for the hot tub at least. - we had to supply the garbage bags. - had to go get propane to use the grill.
