The staff are very friendly and willing to help where needed. The only downside is some people, don't know whether they are guest or live there can get very loud with music, slamming doors and being very loud talking. Turning the music up as loud as it will go outside

It was okay they left dirty towels in the shower but mistakes happen what I didn't like was the sound of people running and stomping all through the night and we had 3 TV only 1 really worked but it was cool cause I was able to watch Hallmark on the other TV

My colleague and I felt unsafe here. The next door Chilli's police monitor and regular public announcement of "this area is being monitored" did not give any comfort. The area was very noisy as the other guests and long-term tenants were playing music, talking loudly, and congregating outside. We were unaware before booking that the building is used for extended stays, which created an odd dynamic as a hotel guest. The room also smelled profusely of lingering cigarette smoke, even though the entire floor was designated smoke-free. Pros: the room was very spacious, there were separate bedrooms, and the unit seemed to have been thoroughly cleaned with fresh towels. Would not stay here again

When I checked in I had to wait 3 hours to shower due to all linen in room was dirty. Went to the front desk 3 times asking for a blanket and was told to come back in a few hours. Ended up not having a blanket the first night. The front desk manager was nice and apologized for the staff not getting me a blanket.

I thought I was at a unhoused persons encampment. When I couldn’t even access the lobby without calling on a phone from the other side of a locked door, I decided to leave and find another place to stay.

The accommodations for working (desk with pull out for laptop or keyboard were excellent. Room was very nice and comfortable. Access to the rooms was limited. This made it more secure, but less convenient than having more than one entrance to the building was.

The living spaces are nice the people are nice but fail to keep up with the vacant and occupied rooms. I have booked when rooms were listed to get there and find out they dont have any availability when i get there to check in person. Hopefully that problem will be solved but it was inconvenient enough for me to mention.

Terrible!! Unsafe for women travelling alone. The property smelled from people smoking. 5 days and not once did they clean the room, offer towels, I had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The property was not taken care, the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned - there was a half drank bottle of liquor under the bed upon check in. People in the area are noisy and do not create a family friendly environment in the slightest. Highly recommend staying elsewhere

The cleaning staff were outstanding. The front desk were very rigid and cold. Additionally they tried to charge me again for the room along with two deposits for the same incidentals.

This was the worst hotel I ever got in my life. There was blood on the walls, blood on the sheets, trash in the hallway. I took plenty of pictures. I would love my refund if somebody can get a hold of me. This was not a good hotel at all and I ended up spending over $400 on hotel rooms last night because you should not have that hotel on your website at all. Horrible. Look for your company. I'll never use you guys again but would really like my money back

Furniture so stained that I do not want to know what the stains were. Holes worn in carpet. Super noisey. Used by Day Laborers and people in tough times. Great place to go if you want to OD and not leave a body at your own house.

This hotel felt more like a homeless shelter upon entering the lobby. First room given somebody was in the room with dead bolt locked, 2nd room given only had a mattress and no linens finally 3rd room was acceptable other than the overwhelming smoker residue left. Clothing, trash and household items littered the hallways, closet doors broken off and laying in closet, 1 total lightbulb working in bathroom, no hair dryer. Vast smells and noises throughout the night. I would have and should have left immediately but I arrived late and was traveling for work.

It took me three tries to get to an acceptable room. Manager did not know what rooms were available or clean. This took too long to check in. Common areas were filthy. Rooms are just a hit or miss. You are taking chances with this hotel.

Good hotel you get what you pay for.
Do not stay in room 122 it’s right next a door that leads out and there are “deals” going on ALL night and that door Alma’s shut every.time also the room next to this has people that “live” there and TV blasted ALL night long with several dudes talking laughing along with it. Didn’t sleep more than a couple of hours at best.

The place was worn down. The front desk sent us across the parking lot to the wrong building first. Keep in mind is was -8 outside and we awrere on the second floor carrying as much as possible to make as few trips as possible. Only to find out our room was in the building of the front office. First room didnt have a heater working. They did quickly put us in a different room on the third floor. That room had a working heater but the door lock didnt work well and the metal plate was missing on the door jam. There were people in all the stairwells using drugs and sleeping. Felt very unsafe with my 9 yr old with us.

We booked and paid for our trip 2 months in advance, then when we got to the property, the name was different than what we booked under. When we checked in the guy said he needed our card for the file which is normal, but then he charged us 166 for the night. When my husband went to the office after we discovered we were charged he was told to come back in the morning and the manager would take care of it. So he did, and he was told they would give him a call as soon as it was. We never heard from them, so i checked our account again, only to find out we were now charged another 166. He went back to the office nd got another run around, thenguy called the owner and pwe spoke on speaker phone. He assured us he would take care of it and said he would email us his contact info. He never did. It took a week to get the money back. Good thing we had money in our savings that we could transfer over, otherwise we would have been stranded in omaha with no money and no way to get home. The building smelt like pot, trash overflowing in the outside trashcans, local homeless people would come up to us and ask for money and cigarettes, overall did not feel safe. People were letting whoever in thru the security door. The room had trash in the trash can, a musty smell to the room, looked nice in pictures, but very unpleasant stay. Will not be staying there ever again.

Nice Place to Stay.
The hotels changed from TownePlace to Suburban Studios during our stay. Both were excellent. Same great staff, especially Aaron and Ian, who were both very helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet. Easy access to many restaurants and businesses. Felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

The room was dirty, the furniture was old and dirty. They charged my credit card 3x for the same stay and for some reason they can't refund my money back. Worse place to stay! Would never stay there again!
