This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off the main access freeways to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 5 min away and numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Empower Field, Downtown Denver, Meow Wolf, and Sloan's Lake are all about 20 minutes away. The Denver International Airport and the city of Boulder are about 30 minutes from the house. Red Rocks Amphitheater is about 15 minutes away and Keystone Ski Resort is just under 90 minutes away. Rideshare is available throughout the Denver metro area. There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information. Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. \- No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors. \- Parties are not allowed.
