Leslie left virtually no element of this historic 1890 flat untouched during her thoughtful renovation. From the striking black granite countertops to the carefully selected brass bathroom fixtures, from the hand-textured plaster walls to the authentic loft design with soaring 10-foot ceilings. Every choice was made with artistic intention.

The space comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the open loft-style main area and a murphy bed in the private back bedroom. You'll find a dedicated workspace perfect for remote work, while the living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a charming retro refrigerator, full oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for home cooking.

Accommodating host with excellent design and decor taste. The place was both uniquely vibey while remaining functional for those who are traveling. This has been one of the best places I’ve stayed in Colorado and hope to return next time we are in town.
