A small comfortable place to stay the night! We were just in town for the night, so we really just needed somewhere to get ready and sleep. The passcode was wrong when we tried to get in and I was initially worried but the host answered right away and fixed the minor issue. The bed was very comfortable as were the sheets, the bathroom was very nice especially the shower. It was very spacious for the area. There was a back yard area. You do obviously share the house with the owner but we had absolutely no issues. You do share heat/air with the owner so you have to contact them to adjust it which I don’t love but comes with the type of stay we had! Can’t wait to stay here everytime we come to Denver! The neighborhood is a little rough there was some homeless people right up the road but it’s to be expected. The door locks decent and we put a chair under the door. ##### Kayle D.
