Convenient access to I-25 will make your visit to Denver easy to navigate, situated just 8 min from Wash Park, 15 min from Downtown & Empower Field, and 25 min from Red Rocks. Ample & private outdoor space including a trampoline and swing set offers entertainment while you’re relaxing at the house between excursions. Home includes 4 bedrooms with 2 Kings & 2 Queens plus a dedicated office space - all you need! Just off I-25 on the south side of Denver with neighborhood access to the Highline Canal biking/walking trail The Denver lightrail station is within walking distance from the house, but car transportation is easiest for your stay. A separate lease agreement must be signed for bookings longer than 30 days. This lease agreement can be provided after details of the visit have been shared with the host. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located at the front door.
